About the event
IP4U is a collaborative technology showcase presented by the technology transfer offices of the UK’s four leading patenting universities – Cambridge, Imperial, Oxford and UCL.
For the first time, this group of research intensive universities has come together to present over 70 technology advances in sustainability and future health.
You’ll hear from the world-leading researchers behind these inventions, learn about how academic research can help meet industry challenges, and enjoy the inside track on successful routes to licensing UK university IP.
IP4U brings together over 70 technologies – and the world-leading academics behind them – from the UK’s top patenting universities over a two-day event, hosted at Imperial College London.
IP4U is split into two themed days – Sustainability on 19th September and Future Health on 20th September. On each day, attendees will have the opportunity to meet the teams behind a range of technology advances during our technology exhibition, arrange 1-2-1 meetings with academics and licensing executives, and attend a panel discussion and afternoon presentations.
